Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Lumeri Wand. If you are not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

30-day returns

• You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return.
• The wand must be unused or lightly tested, complete, and in its original packaging with all accessories and the manual.
• Because the wand touches your skin, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of heavy use or damage caused after delivery.

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@lumeriskin.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within 2 business days with the return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, because returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.
3. Pack the wand securely and send it back with a tracked service. Keep your tracking number.

Who pays for the return shipping

For returns because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending the item back. The original shipping is free for you and is not deducted from your refund.

If your wand arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a few photos. We will send a replacement or refund your order in full, and we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

2-pack (Glow Duo) orders

If you return only one wand from a 2-pack, the offer price no longer applies. We will refund the difference between what you paid and the regular price of the wand you keep.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel it for free as long as it has not been shipped.
