This website is operated by Lumeri Skin. By visiting the store or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you place an order.

1. Our products

Lumeri Wand is a home cosmetic device. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Individual results vary. Product photos and descriptions are meant to be accurate, but colors on your screen may differ slightly from the real product.

2. Safety and correct use

• Read the included manual before your first session and follow its instructions.
• Keep your eyes closed or covered while the red LED light is on.
• Do not use the device if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted medical device, or have a skin condition, unless your doctor has said it is safe.
• Stop using it and ask a professional if you feel pain or if your skin reacts badly.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing mistake, lack of stock or suspected fraud, and if we do, we will refund any payment you made. Promotional offers, such as the 2-pack price, apply only as described at checkout.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Warranty

If your wand is defective when you receive it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Your legal rights under the law of your country are not affected.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lumeri Skin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm caused by using the device in a way that goes against the manual or these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Lumeri Skin or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you place your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without taking away any consumer protection that applies to you where you live.
