Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to, including the United States. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout for delivery.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days after your order ships. During busy periods, holidays or customs checks, it can take longer. You can follow your parcel with the tracking number in your shipping email.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to the other countries shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will tell you if we can arrange delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are shipped from an international fulfillment partner. Depending on the destination, import duties or taxes may apply. When they apply, they are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the carrier or customs office.

Address mistakes

Please check your address before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can only change the address before the order has shipped. We cannot refund or resend parcels that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and, if it is damaged, photos of the box and the product. We will fix it with a replacement or a refund.
